I. CONDITIONS OF “ARENA BOULDER SRLS” for the sale and use of climbing gym subscriptions and services

All of our services and subscriptions, as defined in the Terms and Conditions, are distributed through https://shop.arenaboulder.it

1. Prepaid Subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, 11 visits and Annual)
For prepaid subscriptions, the amount paid is non-refundable, regardless of the reasons for termination.
For prepaid annual subscriptions, we offer the option to suspend the subscription for up to 15 days at no cost. Suspension must be requested in advance and cannot be divided into multiple periods.

2. Courses, Workouts, and Day Passes
Fees paid for courses, workouts, and day passes are non-refundable.
In the event that a client is unable to attend a course or workout, or day pass, we offer the opportunity to place the client in another group, subject to the availability of places.

II. Refund/Refund/Cancellation Policy of “ARENA BOULDER SRLS”

All our services and subscriptions, are distributed through shop.arenaboulder.it

1. Prepaid Subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, 11 visits and Annual)
Amounts paid for prepaid subscriptions (monthly and annual) are non-refundable in case of withdrawal, regardless of the reason.
For prepaid annual subscriptions, we offer the option to temporarily suspend the subscription for up to 10 days at no additional cost. Customers must request this option in advance.

2. Refunds for Courses and Trainings
Amounts paid for courses and trainings are non-refundable.
If the client cannot attend the purchased course or training, we offer the possibility to place the client in another group, depending on the availability of places.

3. Voucher Cancellation
Vouchers for services are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and can only be used for the services specified in the voucher.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
In case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., facility closure due to government regulations), subscriptions will be suspended for the corresponding period at no additional cost.

This policy was created to provide clarity and transparency to our customers and applies to all services offered by “ARENA BOULDER SRLS”.
