Arena Boulder Climbing Gymnasium

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Use of the facilities poses potential risks to gym users and staff.
  2. Users are aware of the risk of injury, including fractures, abrasions, bruises, slips, falls, and collisions with equipment, structures, or other people.
  3. Failure to follow safety regulations increases the risk of accidents.
  4. Users must have adequate physical fitness, commensurate with the nature of the activity and its risks.
  5. It is obligatory to comply with all the rules of safety and use of facilities described in these regulations.
  6. Failure to follow the rules will result in removal from the gym.
  7. Instructors and staff are empowered to introduce additional security measures.
  8. Any violations of the rules should be reported immediately to the gymnasium staff.
  9. In case of an accident, it is mandatory to inform the staff promptly.
  10. Users are responsible for their personal belongings, including any damage, loss or theft.
  11. Personal items should be stored in the designated spaces.
  12. It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into the climbing area.
  13. Smoking or using tobacco products and electronic cigarette is prohibited inside the gymnasium and bar.

II. RULES FOR THE USE OF FACILITIES

  1. Only adults who state that they are aware of the risks can access the facilities.
  2. Minors may use the facilities only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
  3. The use of facilities is done voluntarily and under one’s own responsibility.
  4. It is mandatory to use special climbing shoes to climb on the gym structure.
  5. It is forbidden to stand under climbers or near belayers.
  6. Users must wait their turn outside the mattresses.
  7. It is forbidden to remove, modify or replace the equipment without permission.
  8. Modification of tracked boulders is prohibited.
  9. It is forbidden to move holds already placed on the climbing wall.
  10. Users must follow the instructions of instructors and are responsible for any risks resulting from failure to follow directions.
  11. Any equipment failure must be reported to staff immediately.
  12. The user must ensure that he or she can climb down or land safely.
  13. Never climb under or over another climber.
  14. Never climb with things in your pockets that can hurt you upon landing.
  15. Do not run on the mattresses or around the gym. Maintain a behavior that does not disturb the users of the gym.
  16. Access is prohibited to persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or medications that impair perception and judgment.
  17. People with medical conditions that contraindicate the activity are not allowed to enter the gym.
  18. In case of malaise or signs of fatigue, the user should stop the activity immediately and, if necessary, inform the staff.

III. SUBSCRIPTIONS

  1. The user can purchase the subscription online via website or dedicated Mobile App.
  2. The accepted mode of payment for online purchase is credit or debit card.
  3. To make the purchase first the user must complete the registration on the website and sign the waiver.
  4. The user will have 10 days to activate the subscription from the date of purchase.
  5. The user will be able to cancel subscription by logging in from the client portal either from the site or the Mobile App.

IV. USE OF FACILITIES BY MINORS

  1. Minors should always be supervised by a responsible adult.
  2. The adult may be a parent, guardian, instructor or other designated adult.
  3. Adult must explain safety rules to minors in a clear and understandable way.
  4. The supervising adult must ensure that minors comply with safety rules.
  5. It is forbidden to leave minors unattended inside the gymnasium.
